Verified, not assumed

Quality is a document trail, not a promise

Every line we supply is checked against a standard and travels with the paperwork to prove it. For a contractor, that is the difference between a consultant's approval and a costly rejection.

01 / QA-QC

Standards we work to

BS, EN, ASTM, ISO and GCC/ESMA requirements — matched to the project specification and the consultant's approved schedule.

02 / QA-QC

Supplier qualification

Mills, factories and OEMs are vetted on certification, capacity and track record before they enter our network.

Inspection & testing

Pre-shipment inspection, mill and batch testing, and third-party verification arranged where the spec demands it.

What ships with the goods

Compliance is assembled with the order, not chased after delivery. A typical consignment file includes the records below — issued, legalised and ready for the consultant.

Mill / test cert.Material composition and mechanical test results from the producer.
Certificate of originIssued and attested for customs and project records.
ConformityDeclaration or certificate against the applicable standard.
Packing & invoiceItemised commercial documents matching the quotation.
Inspection reportPre-shipment or third-party report where specified.
If something is off

Non-conformance, handled openly

No supply chain is flawless. What matters is the response. A flagged item is documented, traced to source and resolved with replacement or correction — with the record kept so it does not recur.
